American Community Management (ACM) was founded in 2001 by merging two management companies in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area, eachwith more than 15 years' experience when the merger took place. Over the past decade, our company has established itself as a leader in community administrative management throughout Maryland. We have emerged as one of the most prominent management firms in the entire state, servicing over 25,000 households within over 200 residential properties, and an additional half million square feet of office condominiums. Our success is driven by the dedication and commitment of our team of very talented people. We contract with our clients to support the governing body of each community in their efforts to govern. Our administrative effort encompasses a number of procedures and tasks to include: accounting, record keeping, community management assistance, facility inspections, and many others. Our management and administrative procedures, technical expertise, and command of the latest technology, will mean little if we lose sight of our commitment to customer service, communication and transparency in business and governance.
It is our mission to deliver the highest quality and most professional management services to our clients. Our impeccable reputation has been built through years of experience, dedication, and performance; we do not take it for granted. ACM is part of an elite group of community association management companies that have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) credential from Community Associations Institute (CAI).

We offer continuous education and sharing of best practices with our clients and employees fostering cross-collaboration.
We are committed to leveraging technological advances and protecting the association's financial assets to support the evolving needs of our communities.
We also appreciate our vendor partners. Most importantly, we want to make the jobs of our volunteer board members easier and homeowners feel welcomed into the American Community Management family. Theresa E. McCoy, CPA Chief Executive Officer
