i need help accessing MY account?
How do I access my account?
To access your account online go to www.acmhome.com where you can access your account information and more information about your community.  If you have not registered please sign up today at www.acmhome.com.

How Do I Register on ACMHome?
  1. Go to www.acmhome.com.
  2. Stroll Down past the image until you see "Homeowner Login".
  3. Under "Homeowner Login" CLICK within the drop-down box and select your community.
  4. Then on the new screen scroll down and CLICK on "Click here to obtain your Initial Login Information"
  5. There you enter all the information required.
  6. You will then receive an email confirmation.  * Please check your spam folder *
  7. Once you receive your confirmation, you will be prompted to a link to create a username and password.
  8. From this point, you can access your account, architectural violations, resident requests, governing documents and so much more.

Are you a New HomeOWNER?
I have a lot of questions about my New Community...
Great and Welcome! We hope you are adjusting to your new community and home well. 
​Have you received a "Welcome Packet" introducing you to your new community?
If not, please allow 3-4 weeks after the closing date to receive your letter containing pertinent information about your community i.e. trash pick-up days, parking permits, where to pay dues and so much more.

Are you an EXISTING homeowner and you have questions?
Many of your homeowner question can be answered by signing into acmhome.com portal. 
There you can access 24/7...

I have AN ARCHITECTURAL related Questions? 
I want to Submit a Architectural Request...
  1. Go to www.acmhome.com.
  2. Stroll down past the image until you see "Homeowner Login".
  3. Under "Homeowner Login" CLICK within the drop-down box and select your community.
  4. Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  5. Then click "LOGIN".
  6. You will be taken to your Community's page.
  7. Click on "HOME"🏠on the left hand side of the screen.
  8. Then you will see "Account Info" in the center and "Documents"in the right side panel.
  9. Go to [-] DOCUMENTS.  
  10. Go down and Click on the "MAIN" 📁.
  11. Then go down to the "FORMS"📁click  on the Document titled "Architectural Modification Form".
  12. Print out, fill out the form and return to American Community Management along with any other required payment.
I Have parking questions?
MY COMMUNITY REQUIRES PARKING PERMITS...
How Do I Register for a Parking Permit? 
  1. Go to www.acmhome.com.
  2. Stroll down past the image until you see "Homeowner Login".
  3. Under "Homeowner Login" CLICK within the drop-down box and select your community.
  4. Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  5. Then click "LOGIN".
  6. You will be taken to your Community's page.
  7. Click on "HOME"🏠on the left hand side of the screen.
  8. Then you will see "Account Info" in the center and "Documents"in the right side panel.
  9. Go to [-] DOCUMENTS.  
  10. Go down and click on the "MAIN" 📁.
  11. Then go down to the "FORMS" 📁 click on the Document titled "Vehicle Registration Form".
  12. Print out, fill out the form and return to American Community Management along with any required payment.
HELP!! I need to REPLACE my Parking tag/s....
  1. Go to www.acmhome.com.
  2. Stroll down past the image until you see "Homeowner Login".
  3. Under "Homeowner Login" CLICK within the drop-down box and select your community.
  4. Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  5. Then click "LOGIN".
  6. You will be taken to your Community's page.
  7. Click on "HOME"🏠on the left hand side of the screen.
  8. Then you will see "Account Info" in the center and "Documents"in the right side panel.
  9. Go to [-] DOCUMENTS.  
  10. Click on the "MAIN" 📁.

I am a realtor or a Title company & I need information.
Is the property your inquiring about  FHA Approved?
Please go to FHA website www.hud.gov/federal_housing_administration.

Resale Packages/Lender Questionnaires/Demands/Estoppels
  1. Go to www.acmhome.com.
  2. Stroll down to the bottom of the page to the heading RESALE.
  3. Click Resale FAQ. Once you review this helpful document...
  4. CLICK on HOMEWISE logo above.
  5. Then you will be taken to Homewise website
  6. Click on "SIGN-UP" if you do not have a an account.
  7. This will take you to the Registration page.
  8. The first thing to do is identify your USER TYPE*. (Use the drop down arrow to choose the appropriate selection.)
  9. From there, please fill out all required information and complete your request along with payment.
If you have further question about your application and you are registered please log into HomeWise and check the status.
10. You can download on the community website your governing documents, COI, budget at no charge and order the resale demand only to save on cost.

How do I find out what my current balance?
​Please log into your account through ACMHOME.COM.  If you have not registered please refer to FAQ "I NEED HELP ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT" for a step by step guide to setting up and accessing your account.

  3. Under "Homeowner Login" CLICK within the drop-down box and select your community.
  4. Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  5. Then click "LOGIN".
  6. You will be taken to your Community's page.
  7. Click on "HOME"🏠on the left hand side of the screen.
  8. Then you will see "Account Info" in the center and "Documents"in the right side panel.
  9. Under the section "Account Info" go down to the "View Account" button.
  10. Under that button you will see "REQUESTS".
  11. Click on "View and add resident request".
  12. On the next page...
  13. Click the "➕Add New" 
  14. On the new screen, click on the drop down box next to "SELECT" and choose the request that fits your needs.
HOW DO I FIND MY GOVERNING DOCUMENTS?
  1. Go to www.acmhome.com.
  2. Stroll down past the image until you see "Homeowner Login".
  3. Under "Homeowner Login" CLICK within the drop-down box and select your community.
  4. Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
  5. Then click "LOGIN".
  6. You will be taken to your Community's page.
  7. Click on "HOME"🏠on the left hand side of the screen.
  8. Then you will see "Account Info" in the center and "Documents"in the right side panel.
  9. Go to [-] DOCUMENTS.  
  10. Go down and Click on the "MAIN" 📁.
  11. ​Then go down to the "GOVERNING DOCUMENTS" 📁click on the document you require.
  12. Print out or review as needed.
