eUnify eUnify is an innovatively created community management software that has enabled ACM to deliver a far superior product to our clients. This provides a most reliable system for our managers to easily enter, view, store, track, and update documents. eUnify's unique platform provides all homeowners to submit requests directly through the web portal enabling fewer emails and increased response time. It also enables board members to view information via a simple connection through ACM’s community website portal, www.acmhome.com. Some examples of items uploaded and stored through eUnify that can be reviewed by board members include:

With Smartstreet, once you establish your personal account through ACM’s community website portal, you can conveniently make electronic payments to the association’s account. They also feature a highly advanced lockbox service that captures pertinent information from paper checks, automatically depositing funds into the association’s account the same day they are received. Smartstreet recognizes every individual is comfortable with different methods for bill paying, and therefore, processes payments via paper check, electronic check, ACH, online debit, or credit card. Handteq ACM's commitment to technology continues with the use of tablets to record property and compliance inspections by our community and property management staff. ACM partnered with a local software company that specializes in creating apps for IPads and Android devices. Handteq provides the app and the accompanying database for our property and community management inspectors. Each month, our community managers provide an electronic report to our boards that details all correspondence, financial information and inspections made by the community managers and property managers as they visit the communities. ACM intends to continue this process by developing an app for board and committee members to utilize for inspections or maintenance issues.
