The Staff of American Community Management salutes Shawn Forstner(pictured bottom left). Shawn is the son of Tom Forstner, a carpentry specialist in our maintenance team. Shawn graduated from Western Tech High School and his family lives in Arbutus. Shawn is heading to Iraq and our thoughts and prayers go with him.

Winterizing Your Home

If we fail to winterize our home, the cold temperatures of winter can cause some inconvenient problems.  These problems can also turn into costly repairs.

Storm Drain Management

There are over 1,170 storm drain structures and 250 miles of drainage pipe within our communities. In many cases the maintenance of these systems are the responsibility of the community and not local govern ment. Maintenance may include clearing blocked drains, removing debris from storm drain structures, and cleaning and repairing damaged drainpipes.
