American Community Management is a full service property management firm that was established to assist community associations in the maintenance and operation of their community.

Our company employs experienced community managers, accounting, maintenance, collection and administrative personnel, who have the knowledge and experience to assist homeowners and Board of Directors with various community matters.

We believe communication is an important element in the success of a community and to help get the word out we have designed this web site to provide our clients with individualized community web sites that can include: community newsletters, yellow pages, frequently asked questions, community forms, community events as well as many other features

Experience

American Community Management was established in 2001 as the result of the merger of two management companies in the Baltimore Washington metropolitan area, each with more than 15 years experience in community management.

With offices in Columbia and Cockeysville we are positioned to serve Baltimore City and County, Howard, Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Montgomery, Carroll and Harford counties.

Today we manage more than 100 community associations throughout Maryland and Virginia
